Backboard and Rim

The bottom is equipped with shock-absorbing pads and a protective cover to enhance stability and safety.

Basketball Hoop: Likely to be made of solid steel with a diameter conforming to international standards. Equipped with a spring mechanism, it can withstand instantaneous impact forces, ensuring the stability of the rim during shooting and the safety of athletes during dunks. The lower edge of the rim may have evenly distributed hooks for attaching the net.

Surface Treatment and Protection

Surface Treatment: May undergo multiple processes, such as shot blasting, washing, degreasing, pure water washing, phosphorus-free conversion, pure water washing, drying, moisture drying, electrostatic powder coating, curing, and strong cooling. The coating thickness may reach 70-80μm, with a pencil hardness of 3H+. It has advantages such as acid and alkali resistance, damp heat resistance, and aging resistance, making it suitable for humid and acid rain environments.

Protective Measures: The front post, backboard, and extension arm of the Perakbasketball hoop may be equipped with special protective sleeves made of rigid sponge to effectively protect athletes from impacts. The base may have shock-absorbing pads to reduce shaking and noise.
